Key Initiatives
Mental Health and Well-Being
Our mission is to spread kindness, empower individuals, and transform lives by promoting mental health, holistic well-being, and equality. At be. Inc., we prioritize mental health through comprehensive workshops and digital resources that teach effective stress management and anxiety reduction techniques. In cooperation with be.kinder.you app, serves as a central hub for these resources, making them accessible to everyone. Through one minute meditation sessions, cognitive behavioral therapy exercises, and mindfulness practices, we empower individuals to take control of their mental health. Our philosophy of “less is more” ensures that these tools are practical and easy to incorporate into daily routines. Our offerings include: instant relief through pausing, thinking, and reflecting, one-minute guided breathing exercises, meditation for better sleep, positive inspirations to help navigate the day.

Leaders of Tomorrow: Volunteer and Mentorship Program
At be.inc, we believe in empowering the next generation to lead with compassion and care. Our structured volunteer program engages students from elementary through college, providing meaningful opportunities to contribute to our nonprofit’s projects while developing essential life skills. Volunteers gain hands-on experience, advancing in responsibility, leadership, and accountability. Our team of professionals works closely with these young participants, offering mentorship and guidance to ensure they are well-prepared for their future endeavors.
We actively support high schools by organizing Career Week panels, connecting students with mentors from various professions. These panels give students invaluable insights and foster connections that inspire them to pursue their passions and lead with empathy.
Positivity and Intergenerational Connections
Embracing positivity is a cornerstone of our approach to mental health. We encourage individuals to see the world in brighter colors, focus on the positive, and take life one step at a time. Fighting anxiety and stress is challenging, but with the right tools and guidance, it becomes more manageable. Through our Pay it Forward Movement, we spread kindness and positivity, reinforcing the belief that the more we share and give back, the better our world becomes.
Recognizing the importance of empathy and community, we connect different generations through meaningful activities. Our programs teach young children the value of empathy and the importance of supporting elderly people. Initiatives like our KindCards and KindWeek program encourage kids to create cards for seniors, fostering intergenerational bonds and demonstrating that every generation matters. This combined initiative aims to: foster empathy and support for the elderly, create meaningful intergenerational bonds, promote a sense of community and belonging for all age groups, spread positivity through intergenerational kindness projects.
